What will you be doing?
As part of our expanding Belgian team, you’ll quickly take on responsibilities in multiple client projects, playing a crucial role in designing data and digital products of the future. We’re looking for someone passionate about data—an individual who can dive deep as an analyst, translating business needs into actionable insights. You’ll step into impactful roles such as business or functional analyst, product owner, or project manager, where you’ll be trusted to make decisions while receiving the support you need to succeed. At Agoya, you’ll have the chance to directly contribute to innovative solutions that drive real change for our clients.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with clients to map and plan their needs, translating them into actionable data or digital products and insights.

Effectively translate business needs into clear technical requirements.

Analyze and shape end-to-end production-grade data products, extending your passion for analysis beyond modeling to deliver impactful solutions.

Utilize your expertise in the Modern Data Stack and web applications to help drive business impact and innovation for our clients.

Work closely within a highly skilled, dynamic team in Belgium and remotely with our global hubs, contributing to both client and internal projects.

Maintain high standards of quality in every aspect of your work, ensuring that deliverables meet and exceed expectations.

Experience: Previous experience in roles related to data analysis, business analysis, project management, or product ownership.

Skills: Proficiency in Modern Data technologies, web applications, and the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.

Mindset: Pragmatic, solution-oriented, and eager to learn, with a passion for continuous improvement and innovation.

Communication: Fluent in English and either Dutch or French, with strong communication skills to effectively engage with clients and teams.
